Youth Emergency Shelter

The Youth Emergency Shelter is a community-based receiving house providing temporary placement (up to 90 days) for boys and girls ages 11-17.

YES offers:

• Individual case management and service planning
• Education continuity provided by John G. Wood School or local public schools
• Recreation opportunities
• Access to campus Clinical services and health services
• Daily counseling services by trained staff

Potential residents are referred by human services agencies through their local child protective services.
